Like the quote states “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”, unless we are focusing on healthy culture, none of the other things we do will matter.

Going for daily walks, listening to empowering podcasts.

Approaching leadership with people at the heart of everything we do.

Its important to continue the conversation about the CIO as a people person first, then as a technology leader.
