1. Which of the 10 declarations of The Mindful CIO Manifesto resonate the most with you?
#2 – We Promote A Healthy Culture

2. Please elaborate on why do you identify the most with the declaration selected above.
Healthy culture is always a choice even under most extreme circumstances. Leaders have full control and influence to make a difference, to support and be the role model driving the healthy culture. Healthy culture is the easiest and hardest objective, always very rewarding and evolving. Takes one to seed and grow the positive change and I am humbled if I can make that difference.

3. What is your #1 Strategy (or Ritual) for Self-Care?
Staying active is what works for me. A run, bike ride, walk, hike, swim, doing something very different to usual. Spending time actively and being outside allows me to reset, refocus, catchup on some podcasts and enjoy nature. While looking after my physical and mental fitness clarity comes to my mind.

4. What Mindful Leadership means to you?
Being there with all my might for my family, my team, my customers, my friends and myself. Giving the best of me, acknowledging gaps and working on self improvement. Genuine human interactions. Listening to people, learning, staying curious and aware, taking and providing feedback.

5. Why do you think The Mindful CIO movement is important? In other words why have you accepted to become a Champion of this community?
To find new ways and to share experiences enabling individuals and organisations go beyond, expanding capabilities without the burden of burnout, building an inclusive environment of opportunity and helping individuals strive. To promote this positive movement.
